Return and exchange product commitment:

1. All newly sent products are brand new.

2. All new products will be sent within 14 days after Chichic receives the customer's return.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase and wish to return the item, please contact us when you received the order as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and we will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only products purchased directly from https://www.chichic.shop are accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

The returned item must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in the original packaging. Do not accept stains, fold cards, broken seals/plastic fragments. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange if the condition of the product returned to us does not meet the conditions. 

Returns without a receipt may be rejected. Chichic reserves the right to refuse any return.
